Jaume Vilaseca studied piano and classical harmony at the Municipal Conservatory of Barcelona and completed his training with several courses and seminars at the Taller de Músics.

From a very early age he played piano and keyboards for Brazilians such as Euclydes Mattos, Acelino de Paula, Danilo Pinheiro and Carlinhos Pitera and in groups such as Free Ghetto Brasil, Savarah and Anna Luna Brasil Band. For six years he has been working as the pianist for the Argentine songwriter Sergio Makaroff, whom he accompanies on his tours all over Spain. He has collaborated with many jazz artists and groups of Barcelona, such as Randy Greer, Loti Lewis, Jay Wallis, Aiguaviva Quartet, Foly Lamas...
